50ml Margolin Whiskey
25ml Lime Juice
2 bar spoons Honey
125ml Ginger Beer
glass and garnish

method
Pour the whiskey, the lime and the honey in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain in a highball glass and slowly pour the ginger beer. Mix with a bar spoon from the bottom to the top and garnish with a lime wedge.
